The client confirms they own or have permission to use all submitted content.

ZapGrow shall not be responsible for copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials.

10. Website Ownership

• The client owns the completed website upon full payment.
• The client owns their domain if registered in their name.
• The client owns their hosting account if created in their name.
• ZapGrow retains ownership of internal frameworks, reusable code libraries, templates, workflows, and proprietary systems used during development.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Meta
• WhatsApp
• Cloudflare
• Stripe
• Razorpay

• Other software providers

ZapGrow is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, API changes, policy updates, account suspensions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

12. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, logos, graphics, source code, and website materials created specifically for the client become the client's property after full payment unless otherwise agreed.

ZapGrow retains ownership of:

• Internal development tools
• Reusable templates
• Automation frameworks
• Internal workflows
• Proprietary software
• Marketing methodologies

13. Acceptable Use
