D. Smart Lead Qualification

The AI asks for Budget, Plot Size, and Purchase Timeline, then structures this data into a centralized database.

5. Automated Follow-Up & Drip Campaign

The system triggers a scheduled drip campaign if a lead hasn't booked a site visit. Smart conditions ensure drips are only sent if the lead is inactive.

6. CRM Integration

Qualified leads are automatically pushed to the Sell.Do CRM and the PostgreSQL database, eliminating manual data entry.
